Return & Exchange Policy
No returns. No cancelations. Exchanges only on damaged items.
Since each planner is made to order, our current policy only allows for exchanges on damaged goods only. We do not offer cancelations or changes on orders. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by emailing us at with your order number and images documenting the damage to your planner.
Please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding the same issue; this duplication will cause us to create multiple tickets for the same issue and will cause confusion.
